How to install your red dot
This red point is delivered with a lift, but you can use it or not.
When to use it We advise you to install the red dot on the gun, then close your eyes and take aim as if you were about to fire. If the red dot is right where you are looking when you open your eyes, then you're set. If this is not the case, try again with the elevation adjustment base to get a feel as to whether you are better positioned.

Tested by the Product Manager Jérémy on a Marlin 336A with .30-30 Winchester cartridges and a Browning BAR 300WM. Taking aim is quick and easy with the elevation adjustment base. The size 2 MOA red dot is ideal for precision shooting and easier adjustment at 50 m. However, you'll need to up the intensity to instantly get the red dot when you're shouldering your arm quickly. This product offers excellent value for money.
