24 levels of resistance with the SMR system
The large range of resistance provides the possibility to do interval training by varying the resistance over a very short time.The resistance is equipped with SMR (Silent Magnetic Resistance) technology. You'll be free to do as you please, to row at all hours of the day and night, without worrying about waking the rest of the house!
SpaceSaver® Design
ProForm invented the function, that lets you fold and unfold the rowing machine. It's easy and risk-free to fold/unfold the rowing machine to store it and save space.
Built-in tablet holder
The tablet mount also allows you to watch your favourite series and films on your personal tablet (not included).
Bluetooth® audio with 2 built-in speakers
This system allows you to connect your wireless headphones or smartphone so you can listen to your favourite audio without bothering the entire household! You can also use the 2 built-in speakers on the rowing machine's console for a more comfortable experience.

Keep the rowing machine indoors, away from moisture and dust.<br /> It is not recommended to install the rowing machine in a garage or covered patio, nor near water.
