By simply and naturally changing your stride, you'll get the benefit of three pieces of equipment (treadmill, cross-trainer, stepper) in one. This 3-in-1 effect lets you work as many muscle groups as possible for more diversity in your workouts, while optimising the space you have available.
Adjustable stride length
Stride length that can be adjusted up to 81 cm (based on the incline), with a motorised incline ranging from 0% to +10%. Why is this useful? No matter your build, you'll find a broad, smooth movement that suits your stride so that you can work out for longer and burn more calories.
24 resistance levels with the SMR system
The big range of resistance levels means that you can vary the intensity of your workout with interval sessions. The bike uses SMR technology (Silent Magnetic Resistance) to change the resistance.
