If you're gearing up for a race, this feature can be used to recce your route. So you'll know exactly what to expect on race day and can really push for that new PB!
24 resistance levels with the SMR system
The big range of resistance levels means that you can vary the intensity of your workout with interval sessions. The bike uses SMR technology (Silent Magnetic Resistance) to change the resistance. You'll be able to ride at any time of the day or night without worrying about waking up the rest of the house!
