HOLDS
All types of hold possible: slopers, pockets, two/three-fingered holds, crimps, pinches, etc.
There are two modes: when installed upside down, the incline of the holds is a little easier. Turn it over and install the right way up for more of a receding hold incline, making it more difficult.
Its ergonomics and material have been developed for maximum comfort.
INSTALLING THE BEAM
This beam is designed to be installed onto three types of mounting surface:
1- Concrete mounting surface: four 5 x 60 mm screws + suitable wall plugs
2- Solid wood mounting surface (of the kind climbing holds are mounted onto) with no rear access: four screws
3- Solid wood mounting surface (of the kind climbing holds are mounted onto) with rear access =>two bolts (M10x35)

ADVICE BEFORE TRAINING
BEAM-BASED STRENGTH TRAINING IS VERY DEMANDING FOR JOINTS AND TENSIONS. YOU ARE STRONGLY RECOMMENDED TO THOROUGHLY WARM UP TO AVOID INJURY.
YOU ARE ALSO RECOMMENDED TO ALLOW ENOUGH REST DAYS BETWEEN TRAINING SESSIONS TO ENABLE YOUR BODY TO REGENERATE OR RISK INJURY.
