To avoid making the swimming action of your small nymph too “stiff,” do not exceed 12/100 for the tip size.
Tandem rigging
Perfect nymphs for fishing in tandem with a large dry fly attached using a uni knot, which will also function as an indicator, and the nymph on the tip. The space between the two flies can be adjusted to suit the river but the greater the space, the more difficult and less accurate the cast will be. Do not exceed 50 cm between the two flies.
