How to use the Bluetens DUO SPORT
It works in exactly the same way as the other devices of the brand. You can manage the electrostimulation directly via Bluetooth with the Bluetens app and your smartphone
The benefit: You will have the option to control one Bluetens or both, on a single part of the body or two different parts.

Recovery:
Put both devices: on each part of the body being treated after the physical activity and run a recovery and/or massage program in order to recover more quickly after each training session or competition.
What are the benefits in terms of treatment and muscle building?
Treatment:
The Duo Sport also gives the option to run two treatment programs (identical or not) using 2 devices placed directly on the painful area(s)
Building muscle:
Build muscle twice as effectively using 2 devices: place each device on the area where you want to build muscle and choose the required program.

What does the Bluetens app do?
Simply download the Bluetens app to your smartphone (IOS compatible (from IOS 7) and Android (from Android 6))
The housing connects to the smartphone by bluetooth.
The app helps you:
- choose the body area from 15 options for targeted use
- choose from more than 100 preset programs created by health professionals
- choose and place the electrodes
