What is the purpose of this carousel?
Crow carousels are an essential accessory when you want to control the corvid population (carrion crows and rooks). When combined with the shapes positioned around your stand, the movements of these 3 decoys attract birds more easily, because corvids are constantly on the move looking for food in fields. Easy to carry and compact, the decoy carousel fits easily inside a carry bag (such as our 120L decoy bag).
What is this crow decoy carousel made up of?
The carousel is made up of a base, which contains the motor and the mechanism that rotates the decoys, 3 detachable iron rods and 3 velvet decoys. The carousel can be separated (the decoys are mounted on the ends of the rods, which themselves fit in the holes provided in the base) so it can easily be carried to your stand.
How does this accessory work?
The decoy carousel operates with 3 AA/R6 batteries (not included). Put them in the slot provided (under the base), then push the carousel into the soil, making sure that it is stable and balanced, despite the rotation of the rods. Put the rods in the slots provided, then mount the three corvid decoys on the ends of the rods. Press the on/off button on the side of the base to start and stop the carousel.
