Look at the length in mm of your ski boot
Set the ski boot traction to the corresponding size (rounding it down)
The tip of the arrow indicates the selected size.

Set it on the shoe:
Thread or slide the ski boot traction by starting from the front of the shoe, then pull it back to adjust it to the heel.
