How to install the product
It inflates easily by mouth or using an 18 mm universal tip. The suction cup effect makes it easy to install and ensures a solid, stable hold once in place. It is designed to be used only on smooth, durable walls, with no need for an additional mount. Once you're done with your workout, it is easy to remove and store. Please note: be sure to install the product correctly and put pressure on the centre before each workout.
