Why wear loose-fitting tracksuit bottoms for urban dance?
Urban dance requires great dexterity. Figures and positions on the ground, standing and in the air are linked together, and dancers often defy the laws of gravity. But to achieve this, you need to be able to move at ease without being hindered by your clothes. That's why loose-fitting cuts are popular in hip-hop.That's the choice we made for these loose bottoms. We also added elastane to the fabric to make it stretchier.
What makes these tracksuit bottoms breathable?
Breaking means moving, doing tricks at breakneck speed and, inevitably, sweating. But if dancing gives you a thrill, the same can surely not be said for the humidity that goes with it! Because we're motivated by your comfort, we've opted for a synthetic fabric that wicks away perspiration and dries quickly. So you can express yourself the way you want to without worrying about getting wet.
Are these hip-hop bottoms durable?
Floor work is hard on your bottoms. To make sure they don't wear out too quickly, we've designed bottoms that can withstand ground tricks.Thanks to a particularly abrasion-resistant fabric, they're not afraid to take on the asphalt.
How to choose your urban dance tracksuit bottoms size
Our breakdance collection is unisex. So these hip-hop bottoms are suitable for both men and women.
As far as sizing is concerned, we advise all male and female dancers to take their usual size. Even though these bottoms come in men's sizes, men have smaller hips than women.
It's always best to try on the garment.And don't worry, Decathlon makes returns easy.
How were these breakdancing tracksuit bottoms designed?
For each of our product ranges, we take our inspiration from the people who do the sport. Our breakdance collection has been designed with one of our Team Athlete members, Gaëtan Alin aka BBoy Lagaet, the 2019 world champion in the sport.

How to maintain your urban dance bottoms
These breakdancing bottoms contain synthetic materials that are not only technical and durable, but also quite sensitive to washing. To avoid damaging your hip hop bottoms, do not wash at temperatures over 30°C. To extend its life, wash your garment inside out.
