HOW DOES THE RELAXING MIST WORK
Thanks to the essential oils it contains!
Orange essential oil calms the mind and promotes sleep.
Bergamot essential oil is relaxing and also promotes sleep, especially in children (only for children over the age of 6, see contraindications).
Ylang-ylang essential oil has anti-fatigue properties. It can help against panic attacks.
