Why use weight training bands
Elastic bands can replace kettlebells and even dumbbells. Rather than relying on the weight of the equipment, you use the band's resistance to target muscles, while reducing strain on your joints. Do cross training or weight training movements wherever and whenever you want, you can easily store these compact accessories in your sports bag after your workout!
How do you explain the resistance of a training band?
The band's resistance is equivalent to the force you must use to stretch the band. The resistance is measured in kilograms. For example, if the resistance of an elastic band is 25 kg, you need to apply a force of 25 kg to stretch the band to 200% of its length.
Which movements can you do with bands?
The elastic bands can be used to work different muscle groups, just like free weights.
Do all sorts of exercises:
- Bicep curls;
- Front or side raises;
- Pull overs;
- Squats;
- Rows;
- Pull-ups...
Bands can also be helpful during workouts. For example, if you're learning how to do pull-ups, you can use a band to lighten your body weight.

What are the 3 resistances and how can they be used?
This pack includes 3 elastic bands of 5 kg, 15 kg and 25 kg. The 5 kg band can be used to warm up and train small muscle groups, like shoulders for example.
If you want to do pull-ups, you can start with the 25 kg band for greater assistance and, as you progress, you can try using just the 15 kg band.
How to maintain your resistance bands
Our bands are not designed to be used in pools as we have not carried out chlorine testing.
To increase their lifespan, we recommend storing them in a spot away from extreme temperature changes.
And to avoid excessive wear and tear, do not use them on abrasive or sharp surfaces.

The 15 kg elastic band is 1.04 m long when slack and 13 mm wide.
The 25 kg elastic band is 1.04 m long when slack and 24 mm wide.
