- Forming a team of athletes and supporting it until the 2024 Paris Olympics
- Organising events in France associated with 2024 World of Games

What is the inspiration for the first "Reve Crew" D-1000 capsule?
Although in French the word "rêve" (dream) means an exercise of imagination while awake or asleep, in old English, REVE refers to a local official, someone who is at the service of others.
The word Crew means team.
That's why we combined the two words that gave us inspiration: Reve Crew, i.e. all those who want to live the dream of the Olympics and Paralympics in Paris 2024 and make an active contribution to it!
Why have Decathlon capsules of 2024 Paris Olympics officially licensed products?
As a designer and producer of 2024 Paris Olympics officially licensed products, including the capsule collections, our work deals with issues that we particularly love. With this first D-1000 collection that symbolises the arrival of Decathlon at the 2024 Paris Olympics and Paralympics, we wanted to celebrate team spirit.

What is an ESS*?
ESS stands for "Entreprise Sociale et Solidaire", or Social Enterprise. This type of enterprise aims to reintegrate people in need into society, by training them in a trade.
Decathlon supports social enterprises in the textiles sector to develop disadvantaged towns or neighbourhoods.
The official product that you are buying is made by a social enterprise called Resilience based in Roubaix.
How was the environmental impact of this product reduced?
To make this sweatshirt, the 100% organic cotton material comes from Greece, which reduces the transportation distance, hence the CO2 emissions. Consequently, the material has a Low Impact certification for our supplier.
Why choose French production?
As a major distribution player, Decathlon is naturally a driving force in the development of local industrial fabrics. This contributes to skill development while greatly reducing product transportation.Production in France involves higher manufacturing costs. We limit the impact on the final sales price by reducing profit margins for products made in France.By purchasing this product, you are thus contributing to the general relocation effort.
Product style
Special care was taken to combine practicality of the products and outfit style through beautiful finishes. The products are both simple and elegant. They highlight the finishing work carried out by Quentin and Philippe on design, Eloi on product design and Phong for pattern making.
Why pre-order?
For this collection, we combined three requirements:product quality, eco-design and production launch with a local manufacturer. We therefore did as much as we could before D-1000 (30 October 2021) to prepare beautiful products that you will want to keep a long time.
But we promise we will make every effort to produce them upon receipt of your order and deliver them before 20 December 2021.
