HOW TO PUT YOUR CAP ON
The silicone swimming cap is very stretchy and resistant to stretching. However, it does not tolerate snags. Therefore, it is advisable to take great care with fingernails and hair clips when putting on the cap.

If the cap attaches to your hair, you can use talcum powder on the swimming cap before putting it on.
IS THE SILICONE CAP WATERTIGHT?
No cap is 100% watertight, as water can seep in at the ears.
