K-resin plastic shell to cover the shin. Lined with EVA foam covered with fabric on the side in contact with the leg. Extends downwards with a sewn ankle guard with small plastic shells over the malleolus, lined with low-density foam, and all encased in thick, elastic polyester fabric. Low-density foam also behind the ankle guard around the Achilles tendon.The ankle guard has an elasticated strap that fits under the foot.

Which size?
Place the shin guard as low as possible on your leg so that your ankles are well covered (make sure there are no pressure points and your ankle can move freely). Ideally, the top of the shin guard should come to 2 cm below your kneecap. Your shin guard should fit snugly around your calf without being too tight.The grid underneath is a good reference:
