How to juggle with rings

There are numerous games that are both fun and help kids learn how to use the rings. Here are a few examples of fun activities that kids can do with friends or family:

- Spin the ring around their arm, finger or leg.

- Wrap the ring around an object or another person's arm.

- Roll the ring on the ground.

- Throw the ring towards another person and then catch it.

- Throw the rings around objects.

Juggling rings

It's better if you have previously learned how to juggle with balls to understand the technique of juggling 3 objects. Then, you just have to adjust your throw and catch to the shape of the ring.Throw and catch the rings vertically. Your hands should wrap all the way around the edge of the rings.
