Awning compatibility
This awning is compatible with our 2 Seconds Easy 2 and 3-person tent (references 8553541, 8784164, 8513472 and 8576110).
Thanks to its adjustable straps, you can quickly deploy and adjust this awning to your 2 Seconds EASY tent for even more comfort!
Assembling and disassembling the awning
A quick and easy assembly with an adjustable hoop and straps will allow you to install this awning easily.
Set up the pole and attach the awning to the pegs on the door side of your tent.
Then attach the straps to the pegs at the back of your tent and adjust them using the labels sewn onto the straps.
Finally, you can tension the awning with 2 pegs to deploy it fully.
Dismantling is done by performing operation in reverse.
Awning waterproofness
All our tents and awnings are validated in the laboratory and in the field to guarantee waterproofing.
To do this, we place the tent with the entire awning under a shower that releases 200 litres of water per hour for 3 hours.
The flysheet is made of 2000mm Schmerber PU-coated polyester and the groundsheet is made of 120g/m² polyethylene. All the seams are sealed with thermobonded tape.
Wind resistance
We test all our tents with awnings in a wind tunnel on a turntable to expose each side. The awning, when properly erected with all the shrouds properly extended around the awning, should remain habitable in a wind speed measured at 40 km/h near the ground (Force 5).
