Why isn't my device compatible?
If you listen to music on your phone, the audio signal is digital.The signal must be converted to an analogue signal for your headphones to generate sound.
The conversion is done by a DAC.If the smartphone is equipped with a 3.5mm jack, this conversion is done by the phone (DAC is built in).
But if the phone isn't equipped with a 3.5mm jack, there isn't always a built-in DAC.
This product is not a DAC; on a phone without a built-in DAC, the headphones will not work
