We would advise storing the second key in a safe place you’ll remember.
The lock is stuck, it doesn’t work any more!
If the product is not fitted to a gun and was purchased recently, you can exchange it in your usual Decathlon store.
However, if the product is on a gun and you’ve misplaced the keys, you should contact us!
Key management
Not all keys are identical. If you purchase three products, the three locks may be different. There are around ten different locks
