The four-layer principle for staying warm on a mountain bike.
The first layer is generally a technical base layer.
The jersey that you wear as a second layer plays a thermal role: this layer insulates from the cold outside and retains the heat produced by the body.
The third layer is a jacket It's fitted and breathable to finish off this effective outfit and wick away moisture.

ADVICE FROM THE TEAM
Think about wearing a helmet and gloves when you start mountain biking: not just for falls, but also to protect yourself from low branches! For comfort, wear a pair of shorts with a pad to prevent chaffing. A water bottle or hydration backpack will keep you hydrated. And finally, puncture repair spray so you can finish your ride without having to fiddle with repair tools.
