A cartridge specially designed for shooting and pass-shooting ducks
The speed of this cartridge, measured at 420 m/s (at 2.5 m from the end of the barrel), combined with the soft copper load, ensures a regular spread between 20 and 30 metres: its 35 g load offers a spread density suitable for pass-shooting ducks at medium to long range. The balance between uniformity of spread and consistency is therefore perfect for shooting in wetlands.
Efficiency and performance: two characteristics of this soft copper ammunition
The soft copper has a density close to that of lead, which makes it similar in terms of effectiveness to a standard cartridge of this type. This ammunition is loaded with soft copper shot: so its characteristics on impact are close to those of lead. Note: its performance is recognised to be superior to that of steel because each of its component copper pellets are perfectly spherical.
Shot sizes

Tips from our teams
You will need to know whether your gun has undergone the steel pellet test, which is represented by a fleur-de-lis stamp on the barrel. Most often, modern guns have undergone the steel pellet test and have 76 (magnum) chambers, and allow for a wide range of ammunition to be fired without any issues or concerns. As for older weapons, which often have 70 chambers or less and which are very rarely tested, you’ll need to use other adapted ammunition, known as "low pressure" or "standard" cartridges.
