How do you set your rhinestones?
First you need a rhinestone applicator. We recommend laying your swimsuit out on an ironing board. Set out the rhinestones in a design of your choice. Select the right applicator head according to the rhinestone size. Then press the applicator onto the rhinestones for a few seconds. The applicator should be very hot. Be careful however not to burn yourself or your swimsuit. Don't hold the applicator on any rhinestone for too long. Check that the rhinestone is set in place, if not start again.
What is a hotfix rhinestone?
Our rhinestones are coated with hotfix glue. This means they are applied with heat. meaning they can be applied using heat. When the rhinestone cools the glue sets, ensuring they stay in place on your suit.
You can very easily personalise your swimwear, leotards, tunics, and other clothing!
How is rhinestone made?
Our rhinestones are high-quality because they aren't plastic. They're crystal rhinestones. The crystal is made of glass and about a third lead oxide. The lead is what gives the rhinestone its shine. The glass is made from sand heated to high temperatures and melted. After cooling, it is shaped and coated with hotfix glue to become the rhinestone that you know!

We start by thinking about the pattern that could represent your musical theme. You can also have a look at international competition swimsuits. Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest are great places to start. And sometimes one forgets that the pattern needs to been seen from afar (from the stands, and the judge's table). One rule: Have fun!
