TESTS AND WARRANTY
Test product
Our Quechua global design centre is based in Passy, at the foot of Mont-Blanc in Haute-Savoie. This location means we can test our products on natural terrain. This hiking T-shirt has been subjected to abrasion tests. Before being selected, the material of the T-shirt was tested in our Decathlon Sportslab laboratory; then, once designed, the T-shirt was worn with a loaded backpack for 10 hours of active walking.

This T-shirt was approved in April 2019 by a group of testers during a day’s hike in the forest and along the coast on Reunion Island. In order to meet your requirements, Quechua products are tested in the wild in the conditions you encounter during your hikes. Our teams, as well as a tester panel (made up of partners, ambassadors and customers) test products throughout their development until they go to market.
Ecodesign approach
With ecodesign, we reduce the environmental impact of our products.
Analysing the product's environmental footprint enabled us to identify the most impactful stages of its life cycle. Thanks to this approach, our design teams were able to develop this product while significantly reducing its environmental impact.
