The smock top can be worn over your jersey to meet these criteria. It pulls on easily, has no zipper, and it has a fitted cut even when worn over both a jersey and a base layer.

The neck fastening allows you to stay dry even when it is open. We added a double rip-tab to ensure it is easy to put on.
