What are the benefits of the mini bike?

Work your muscles and cardiovascular system all at once using the mini bike. The more workouts you do, the better your breathing and coordination will be. Kick off your workout with a 3- to 5-minute warm-up. Next, spend around 20 to 30 minutes working your muscles. After this, cool down gradually and then do a few stretches to increase your muscle flexibility and avoid injury.
Push yourself by increasing the difficulty of your workout.
Simply accelerate to increase the intensity of your workout. Reduce your speed to reduce the intensity.

You can monitor your progress and your performance by checking the various indicators on the console: the time since you began, pedalling cadence, the number of pedal turns, calories burnt since the beginning of the session, and the distance covered. You can then analyse these indicators to see how much you improve from one session to the next!
Moving and storing the mini bike
It is so small and compact that you can easily move it from one room to another. At the end of your workout, you can tuck it away almost anywhere.
