How to choose your rhythmic gymnastics hoop
The size you choose will depend on your body shape. To be able to manipulate it easily, it should come up to your hip height.
Test this by holding the hoop against your leg as you stand straight with your feet together, flat on the floor. The hoop should come up to your hips.
The size you choose is also governed by the sport's official rules for each age category.
