Cyrille, the Evadict Trail product manager, gives us her advice: "The zipped pocket at the front is ideal for your phone, as there's always beautiful scenery to photograph on trail runs.

Your gels and fruit jellies can be stored in the two mesh pockets at the front of the waistband. There is a mesh panel at the rear for your waist and another for my tissues. Finally, the rear zipped pocket can hold a wind jacket or survival blanket, or even a 250-mL flask.

Carry your trail essentials in this built-in carrying waistband. The waistband's drawcord can be used to fasten and stabilise the contents of the pockets arranged around your waist when you are running. As a result, they don't move about and you don't feel them.
