1 - The 150 classic cross-country SKIN ski – the ski for beginners!
Your child is a beginner and wants to try some traditional cross-country skiing at a leisurely pace: walking/gliding to observe nature and recharge their batteries without making too much physical effort?
The 150 ski with its skins is ideal for this.
These wide, stable, perfectly manageable skis offer good grip so you can easily learn the basics and discover the joys of traditional cross-country skiing!
2 - Choosing the right SIZE
To make sure you have the right ski size, we recommend choosing a size 5 cm to 15 cm longer than your child's height.
3 - SKI SKIN grip – simple!
The grip of a cross-country ski corresponds to the area located in the centre of the base (underside of the ski).
This provides the "grip" needed to avoid slipping backwards in uphill sections while delivering smooth glide performance on flat or descending terrain.
There are 3 systems:fish scales, grip wax or skins.
The 130 ski has a mixed skin grip.
The ski skins provide the same quality of grip as fish-scale bases, but they have the advantage of not making any noise and not requiring waxing!
