Jumping is an explosive discipline that places significant stresses on the body. As a result, when creating this shoe, we paid particular attention to the issue of support. "Thanks to the Velcro strap, the foot doesn't slip inside the shoe during the take-off," claims Mehdi, product manager at Kalenji. "After the field tests, we added an extra lace hole in order to improve support," he adds.

Before offering you this pair of shoes, we had them tested by a panel of athletes made up of beginners and intermediates from various jumping disciplines (long jump, triple jump and pole vault). "Support and comfort were the most frequently quoted comments during the tests," states Driss, testing engineer at Kalenji. "particularly among pole vaulters, for whom this shoe is particularly well-suited to the approach run."
