Wrist guards (sometimes called wrist supports) are used by male and female gymnasts. They prevent hyperextension of the wrists.
How to choose your wrist guards
To choose the right size, measure around your wrist at the bone. If it measures under 18 cm, we recommend choosing size S. If it measures over 18 cm, choose size M.
The main advantage of our wrist guards
Our wrist guards are sold in pairs, but you can wear them individually depending on your needs. They are great for the vault, balance beam, floor and parallel bars because these apparatuses put a lot of strain on the wrists.
