Aquafitness is a faster-paced version of aqua aerobics. Doing aquafitness regularly has countless benefits on the body. Simply being in contact with water can help you relax and feel good about yourself. An advantage of this exercise is that there are no risks of injury and it only causes very minimal muscle soreness. It gives you a balanced full-body muscle workout and a cardiovascular workout at the same time.
YOUR ACTIVITIES: AQUABIKING
Aquabiking is one of the best known aquafitness exercises. This intense sport has many benefits including strength training and cardiovascular workout. It is also very effective for reducing cellulite. The Nabaiji aquabiking range offers swimsuits that provide good bust support. YOUR AQUABOXING PRACTICE
Aquaboxing is the water-based version of combat sports. It takes its inspiration from martial arts. During this activity, you are in the water up to your shoulders.
An aquaboxing session is composed of boxing moves: punching and kicking in the water.
YOUR AQUAJOGGING PRACTICE
Aquajogging is the water-based sport where you can run in the water and reduce the risk of joint trauma, thanks to the benefits of the water.
You can use aquafitness equipment, such as a buoyancy belt (in deep water) or an underwater treadmill (in shallow water).
The belt helps you stay on the surface of the water, making it easier to concentrate on your stride and heel-to-toe transition with peace of mind.
YOUR AQUAJUMP PRACTICE
Aquajump is a fun cardio activity where you bounce on a trampoline in the water, to the rhythm of up-tempo music to work out your legs and abs, and shape your glutes.
YOUR AQUAFIT PRACTICE
Aquafit is an activity consisting of a variety of water-based workshops to maximise the effectiveness of your session in the water and target different areas of your body, while enjoying the benefits of the water. The session can combine several aquafitness exercises such as aquabiking, aquajump and aquabody (high-intensity aquafitness that often uses a water resistance accessory such as: weights, dumbbells, resistance bands, etc.).
BUST SUPPORT
Integrated bra: for aquafitness, it is highly recommended to wear a swimsuit with very good bust support. The breathable mesh bra provides a very good support solution. Its crossed centre effect provides comfort and technicality. Furthermore, the straps are adjustable which allows optimal support suitable for everyone.
HIGHLY CHLORINE-RESISTANT FABRIC
Main fabric: 100% polyester. Our engineers developed a polyester-based fabric and replaced the elastane fibre with PBT fibre, which is stretchy enough to provide user comfort but, more importantly, is unaffected by chlorine. This PBT thread also has the advantage of quick drying. It only loses 3 to 4% resistance throughout its lifespan. Another plus: UV resistance. Even the brightest of colours retain their colour fastness.
AQUARESIST TECHNOLOGY
Products with AQUARESIST certification are guaranteed to deliver chlorine resistance throughout their lifespan. They will maintain their elasticity and are UV resistant. For these reasons they are recommended for regular or intensive pool use.
