Why use a jump box in your workouts
The jump box allows you to jump in a strong and dynamic way during your WODs. One of the advantages of our jump box is its shortest height of 40 cm, which allows you to learn jumps without fear. Increasing the number of reps will also improve your endurance.
And of course, we took special care to design a very sturdy box. An inner plank reinforces the box to hold up to 130 kg.
