How do you activate and where do you place the hand warmers?
To use the hand warmers, carefully read the instructions supplied with the product.

What are the warmers used for?
These warmers are exclusively for use in cold weather, do not use near a source of heat: heating in the car, by the fireplace, etc. They are not designed for intensive sports activities and are to be avoided in the case of perspiration.
If the warmer seems too hot or the sensation is unpleasant, or causes irritation or a rash, remove it.
Contra-indications and use under adult supervision
These warmers are not recommended for children under 12 or those with a shoe size below UK size 4.5. Children, the elderly and disabled people should use this product with care and under supervision.
If you have diabetes, fragile or sensitive skin, circulatory problems, paralysis or damaged nerves, arthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, or are a pregnant woman or in the case of doubt, we recommend that you consult a doctor before use.
Do not apply to frostbite or desensitised skin.
