Important information
In order to work out comfortably, you should choose cropped bottoms one size smaller than your usual size. The cropped bottoms should be very fitted. In fact, the patches have to press against the skin in order not to slip and to be effective. The top of the triangle patch is positioned under the buttock and its tip should therefore not go down the back of the knee.

Wearing the Shape Booster cropped bottoms for two 45-minute fitness workouts (90 minutes total per week) during 84 days decreases the mean volume of cellulite by 17% on the thighs, compared with not wearing them. The test was carried out on 22 women wearing the product on their lower bodies (one leg with the patch technology and the other without).
