Dancers often have more freedom when choosing their outfits for modern dance, urban dance and dance fitness, unlike in ballet where teachers tend to require certain items.
You need to be comfortable and able to move freely. Outfits combining loose bottoms + close-fitting top or close-fitting bottoms + loose top are ideal.
You can also try layering items to change up your look (T-shirt + tank top or T-shirt + crop top)!
