Following your opinions and feedback, we've improved the rubber on the sole of the Race 4. And, for enhanced performance in competition, we're delighted to present you our new rubber, that delivers 97% more grip, even on wet or slippery rocks.

Here's the low-down on the lightweight and dynamic Race 4:

- With its 6-mm heel-to-toe drop, the Race 4 gives you more drive to help you go further.

- 5-mm lugs deliver the grip you need in competition.

- The lace pocket keeps your laces out of the way when you run.

- The forefoot of the shoe provides good protection even in race events.

- Very light, the Race 4 weighs 240 g in size 6, and is designed for trail runners of up to 10 st for distances of up to 400 km.

CS and Kalensole technology provide excellent cushioning even in competition.

Kalensole is the EVA foam used in the midsole. It took three years of research to create this exclusive composition that improves cushioning by 34%, propulsion by 25% and provides better temperature stability and durability!What about the CS? The Circular System is composed of a bubble of air contained in the foam at the heel. This spreads the shockwave more effectively and more evenly in this area of the foot.

To test the Race 4 in real-life conditions, our design team carried out test missions on Mont St. Aubert. Following these test, the mesh on the shoe upper was reinforced. And here's Thierry, our product manager, to tell you what happened next:
