Delivery Days
All home delivery schedules are provided at checkout during your purchase. The delivery dates shown are based on our delivery partners' current schedules. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the departure location of your order.
Orders dispatched from Qormi typically take up to 5 working days to arrive. However, if your order is shipped from Italy, delivery can take up to 10 working days (16 days if from other European warehouses) depending on whether you choose Click & Collect or home delivery.
Delivery T&C
Terms:
- Deliveries are ONLY for Ground Floor. Please advise our personnel or the courier if you have multiple steps leading up to the front door.
- The courier will attempt the delivery within 3 business days from the collection of the Decathlon store (Saturday & Sunday excluded). Please note: It might take several days before the package is collected from the store!
- The deliveries will be effectuated during the following hours:
- From Monday to Friday: 08.00 to 15.00
- Two attempts will be made for effecting delivery. After the second attempt, the customer may collect the item from the delivery company shipping, or request an additional delivery which will incur an additional charge.
- For Deliveries over 40 Kg, the courier will schedule a delivery with the client.

Order Tracking
All our Home Delivery orders are trackable as they are marked as shipped by our teammates. You can find your tracking number from your account section on our website, under the order history section, where you will be redirected to our Carrier Connect page.
How Can I Change My Delivery Address?
Once your order is placed and the picking process has begun, we cannot amend the address provided. If your order is large or bulky and you wish to amend the address, please contact our support team in Qormi at [email protected] with the updated details and we will do our best to make arrangements for you via our delivery partners.
Why Was My Order Canceled and Refunded?
Ship-from-store orders are picked directly from our store during trading hours and are subject to adjustment in real-time. Should this occur, you will be refunded and notified immediately to avoid further inconvenience, as we cannot provide alternatives via the online portal.

Click and collect order at Malta
At Decathlon Malta, we aim to offer as many delivery options as possible for our customers. With this in mind, Click & Collect is now offered from Qormi and Shoreline stores free of charge. When making your purchase, if product availability allows it, you will be offered "Click & Collect" at the checkout. The Click & Collect option available at the checkout will have a specific delivery timeline visible for you at the time of purchase. If the product(s) is available from our stores, your order will be ready to collect within 24 hours. If the product(s) is available via our Italian warehouse or other European warehouses, it will be shipped to your store of choice free of charge within 7 days from Italy (or 16-20 days if from a European warehouse) with the estimated arrival date visible at the time of purchase.
In any of the cases above mentioned, once your order arrives at your chosen Store, you will receive an email to notify you that the order is now "ready to collect". Kindly wait for the email before reaching us at our Stores.
